Biography
My career has covered 21 years in the critical care field that has lead to a high level of expert knowledge into disease process and pathology, traumatic injury response or secondary injury,culminating to effective evidenced based patient management. This experience allows me to provide insight that leads to knowledge transfer to the clients of Southern Cross. My singular roles of Registered Nurse, Legal Nurse Consultant, Collaborative Law Specialist, Health Care Mediator, have created the multifacted foundation needed to develop the complete role of the Professional Care Manager
